Yes, In peak seasons some hotels may ask for 100% Booking confirmation amount to confirm the bookings or certain activities may be charged full in advance. To avoid rush & last minute non availability, we can ask for a higher booking confirmation amount than 25%.
Yes, we shall issue only 1 single Invoice after the full payment received. For the intermediary payments, payment receipts are sent on your email id as the confirmation of payment received.
No. Invoice takes usually 3-4 working days after the full payments. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
Yes, you will get receipt for every payment done to Holiday Union. The receipt will be mailed to your email id registered with us.
